Arty party

Had a good long chat with Mum this morning before we all got dressed and headed out to Jessie's 5th birthday party while T played for the Remembrance Day service.

It was a creation station party so we were met at the door with coveralls (which C refused to put on until cajoled with the promise of making exciting things to take home!)

They had a great time, decorating a treasure chest which C is v proud of and has now stashed some Lego in, a monster clay model and beaded boy-wand! Rosie and I watched on with interest, were well entertained and I even managed a glass of prosecco, v civilised childrens party!

Rosie tried sprouts for the first time today with carrots and amazingly liked it, I thought she'd spit them out! Followed by baby egg custard which was also a hit. I think we have a good eater in the making!

A quiet afternoon of food shop and sort out of understairs cupboard :-)
