Derelict # 03

I have always wondered what this building was (which is adjacent to our church) but I still don't know what it is.  Some homeless people seem to have taken it over as there is a platform about 6 feet off the ground and is working as someone's living area.    I took a few photos and meandered on my way.   the sun is just popping out now.
