So many tools

The plasterer comes on Monday, as does the electrician.  They will take three days to renew our hallway with fresh smooth walls and nice bright downlighters. But our bedroom door does not close properly and we do not want dust and muck to swirl in.  So I decided to plane it to fit.  N had painted the door recently, so I had to take it off its hinges, plane it on the inside edge and re-recess the hinges.  So, you would think a planer, a screwdriver, hammer and chisel would do the job.  But it took all these tools to get it to submit and was a real bugger to get back onto its hinges afterwards.  Brute force and undignified language got it sorted in the end.
