On the edge......

Wet and disgusting again today, and the promised sunshine never bothered to show it's face.
I went for a quick trip out to Ebanoe at lunchtime and the waxcaps were amazing despite the drizzle, and probably worth another visit if the rain ever stops!
I think this is a scarlet waxcap Hygrocybe coccinea, I love the wavy edge, and the thin yellow line, definitely a very attractive fungi.
I have added a shot of a whole clump of them in my extras just for you all to enjoy.
