Memories

A (rain drenched) trip down memory lane for us today. We were with friends in Bowness-on-Windermere last night and whilst driving home took a (long) detour to Bowness-on-Solway, where we lived (very happily) 30 years ago. It was so interesting going back, and so alarming at how much we had forgotten!
The extra photo is of the house we lived in. We do not approve of its current colour scheme however.
