Space invader

Poor ZQ - he's trying to catch up on 'Strictly' but his brother is demanding his attention. Luckily, he is very tolerant!

He scored 2 tries in rugby again today! Meanwhile, Noo and I lazed about the house and GravyC ran 11 miles. I managed to drag myself out for my run, also 11 miles, at 2.30pm. I got home at 4pm and it was almost dark :( At least it hasn't rained today....
