Cheery little fellow

I've chosen this little fellow for three very important reasons today:

1. - Robins are lovely little creatures & they always make me smile.

2. Somehow, against the odds, it doesn't look like the utterly awful day it has been in this picture. There's no sense of sideways rain, flooding or fallen trees - Mr Robin is enjoying a solitary moment of calm.

3. Its the only picture I've taken that doesn't have a blurry rain splodge on the lens!

Stuck inside trying to fight my way through more French bureaucracy & my limited language skills  its been a frustrating day. The head cold has moved to my chest - so Pushka now has some competition on the 'barking' front, but at least I can breathe again - so that's a plus!!
