Are you looking at me lady?

This confident bird was about 10 feet away from the men renewing our fence and was more concerned about me and my camera inside the house!!

An intermittently damp and windy day, but that didn’t stop the men from progressing with the fence. It’s a much slower job than I expected, but the panels that are in place look good.

I’ve spent the day doing odd jobs. Moving the bookcase along 6ins required me to empty all the books…..a lot of books, as some of the shelves have a double row, and then replace them!!! (note to self…don’t join the library…read what you have already got at home!!!)

Hanging a couple of new pictures in the kitchen.

A bit of a moan about cheap curtains with header tape at the top that allows the threads to pull through!!! I was going to blip an example, but the picture was rubbish. The curtains that came with the house are a nightmare to pull closed and the rate at which I’m making new ones to replace them is slow, so I need to get a move on!! We have had to take one set down try to do a temporary repair and hang them again.


Tomorrows ‘to do’ list is going to be long……..!
