Authentic Indian Cookery Course

Went on a 1 day cookery course today for Authentic Indian Cookery. Fabulous, - we cooked loads, ate loads, and still brought some home for dinner! In the photos, there is Chicken Jalfrezi (top right), Vegetable Biryani with Meatballs (bottom Right), and bottom left is a mix of Goan Prawn Curry, Saag Aloo, and the Chicken. Before this we had made and eaten Naan Bread with Roasted Aubergine and yogurt.
Diet starts again tomorrow!
