Just the right weather....

For mushrooms.....

I spent last night trying to find somewhere to go over the Christmas break. We normally have Christmas at home, with parents from Devon and Scotland descending. With mum not being around this year, I thought Dad would be finding it very difficult.

So we have booked to go to Devon. This will mean that mother in law will not have to make the journey to Swindon ( she is 85....she keeps telling us) and we will all have a different sort of Christmas.

There were lots of mushrooms when out on our dog walk today ( but the light was so poor, it had to be tweaked into a mono)
