Frodsham Quay
We did a final check of my walk in preparation for Wednesday. I really just wanted to check how wet and muddy the path was but it was much better than I expected. The weather was pretty awful so it wasn't the best of days for a walk.
This was taken at Frodsham Quay on the River Weaver. In days gone by it used to be an important port for salt exports and a small dockyard developed on the west side of the river which was at its busiest during the Napoleonic wars.
