First backblip of my 3 days in London!
A terrible first rainy day...so english ;)....and i had no other chances than find shelter inside shops!;)
Maybe i could have chose anyway a more interesting shot...but this represent a thing that really attracted me...the London Tube! (i am a bit mad i know)
So many interesting and fascinating stations and athmospheres....the Tube has a very special and personal life and feeling, some are more modern, others quite old and with this victorian tiles...so many different people...from richer to poorer, tourists and locals...multiethnical....who runs and who take it easy...artists playing music...what a fascinating melting pot and underworld!....as soon as i arrived home i couldn't help myself and i googled about the history of the Tube...and i found some very interesting websites, also one about the closed stations! ....dark and gloomy...charming to my eyes as well!
It also made me want to read a book i bought time ago and still didn't read, "The secrets of London"....from an italian writer and journalist i really like, Corrado Augias, who writes about this town in a complete different way, thru secrets stories and mysteries connected to places and monuments! ..so much for my curiosity!:)

Anyway...i will upload more shots of my days in a new sparkling flickr account asap!:)
