Visiting

Katie has been very excited for this weekend. She got up at a decent (for Katie) time after partying last night and sat down to do a stack of music theory pages. Her teacher is away for a month and I think Katie's on a mission to do the whole book before she returns.

They had fun at dance class- class is always good when there's birthday cake and biscuits! She did complain that she didn't get to do ballet today, just their exam work.

After class, I packed her up and we headed down south. To her great delight. We are having an overnight with my uncle and family. Katie and Noah had a play for an hour before we went out to see my grandad. The children were filled with crisps, pocket money and drinks in the short visit and we went back to theirs for fish & chips and the return of cousin Elliot. The children played fabulously til nearly 9pm!
