Meet my new friend ...

Last nights dinner was amazing in Smith and Wolensky would defiantly recommend it to anyone visiting Miami!

The day started with a breakfast on the hotel terrace, followed by a few hours at the pool! Decided to go and cool down in the pool but it was like getting into a bath! We decided to then go down to the beach and try the sea! It was lovely blue water really clear so I went in quite far! Normally I'm scared of the fish!!! A massive wave came and as it had gone I noticed a jelly fish about an inch away from Gem so screamed jelly fish and luckily she moved just before it managed to sting her, as we all now she doesn't react well to stings/bites! So that's the last time I will get in the sea!

This afternoon we were picked up and taken to the Everglades national park which was amazing! We took an airboat into the swamp land and saw some baby alligators, the boat ride was fab! After the boat trip we got chance to hold a baby alligator which is today's picture (excuse the hair the humidity has got me) he was so tiny and soft I wanted to keep him!

Back in south beach now and we are off for a cocktail and some food!
