You're Too Close.

It was up early this morning and off to the borders to have my car MOT'd.
We also spoke to the salesman who sold it to me and explained that I wished to trade in both my car and SWMBO's but since I am still waiting on my pension top up being paid I was not yet able to do so.
He gave me a trade in price for the 2 cars (better than I expected) and came up with a deal that means we may be able to do a deal without waiting.
We will look at things more fully in the next few days and let him know.

SWMBO wasn't feeling too great so we headed back home when the MOT was done (a pass with nothing needing done). With the rain coming down the way it was there was no point in hanging around anyway.

This evening we are  I am babysitting the monsters (who have actually been really good) while Mum & Dad go out to a party ......... SWMBO went to bed at the same time as the kids.
