Great day - hazelh's mini triathlon

Lazy slow morning and while my sweetie was at the rowing club hazelh and I hopped on the bikes and did the 30 min ride to the gym. I swam laps for 45 min while the impressive hazelh ran on the indoor track then joined me in the pool. A lovely sit in the steam room, followed by showers and another 30 min bike ride home. Unfortunately we were met with a stiff headwind which made the ride home a bit more challenging. I did a dualthon (swim/ride) while my exercise partner did a triathlon. Now cuddled up to watch young son's UK hockey game, followed by final episode of season 1 of the amazing 'Broadchurch' series.
