Soggy

Today it's been like a downward spiral. Woke later than usual then lay on the sofa.
Supermarket then home. Then out to Café Nero for some lunch then home.

I have something family related going round and round my head and it is making me angry, and feeling for the person it is affecting.

I got invited to my boss's Birthday Party tonight, I declined making up an excuse. I hate things like that. I wish I didn't.

I've had a panic attack, slept a bit and am now heading off to bed at 8pm. I'd love to sleep forever but unfortunately I'll wake tomorrow.
