Hastings Fish

After an extremely pleasant afternoon in Hastings and a chance encounter with Mr and Mrs BFLB, thoughts turned to evening food. Gill decided she'd like fish tonight. Now I like cod and haddock and the like, Gill is a trifle more adventurous and bought a selection of lobster tails and monkfish. RX Fisheries in Hastings assure us they'll be delicious.
Fresh, locally landed fish, an under appreciated commodity, certainly in this house!
