We went straight back to the service provider to get the SIM card sorted, which they finally managed, with some explanations that did not make any sense, but at least we have now Internet again. It is strange how cut off one feels without it.

I saw this huge (ca 10cm long) grasshopper outside the stores, I nearly stepped on it, but fortunately I managed to avoid killing it.
