Beware, Protective Mum!

Ky out with friends and Josh at a life saving afternoon at Linlithgow pool so D and I took the opportunity to walk Coco together. We walked around the loch and deer farm at Beecraigs, the weather was far better than it's been for ages. There was a sign warning that the deer were calving and to keep dogs on the lead, Coco was on her lead (she's a daft beagle, couldn't let her of with all those fantastic smells about!) and really not interested in the deer. Just to make sure that the hound was under no illusions that she was far more powerful and was not taking any nonsense this young lady made a run at the fence and gave a powerful stamp of her hoof. Unfortunately she stamped in a very muddy puddle, Coco got a fright and D got covered in mud. Never mind, she was quite right, a suspect pair if I ever saw one!
