One Tree in November

Here is my ‘One Tree’ for November, two days late, due to fireworks and a trip to Cambridge. Despite being late, it was fortuitous that I chose today as workmen were there, pruning the tree.
 
It was pouring with rain as you can see from the spots on my lens and I got some very funny looks from people arriving and boarding the two trains that came in while I was taking pictures wearing my Wellington boots and Barbour coat.
 
It has rained during the night and continues to rain; it is also getting very windy. Yesterday I noticed just a small amount of water in our large pond; today’s extra picture shows that there is a little more water in the pond.
