Cricket on top of the world

Cricket was everywhere in Sri Lanka, pro teams in nice stadia in the cities, kids playing on the beach, in the streets and here on a hill up in the highlands. 

We had splashed out on a first class ticket but came to the conclusion that third class was more fun due to the big doors you can sit at and the significant amount it hurts your wallet less. Disappointing train food. On the whole I think we had been spoiled by the views from our room in Ella and the train journey was pretty but not breath taking.
