We've taken these three out to dinner this evening and now they are snuggled up in the film room watching DVD's and refusing to sleep! At least we'll have the weekend to recover.

So after standing my ground and passing PTA jobs on to other people, today I had to do two of the jobs as two people have let me down already. Thankfully it was just taking a car load of books to the charity shop but the second job of stock taking the glow sticks and tattoos for the school is really not what I had planned for the weekend. I just hope the woman orders the new stock or the kids will be very disappointed. I know the saying goes - if you want a job doing properly, do it yourself - but I would just like someone else to do one job that they volunteer to do.
