Rant alert

Whilst walking around Coppice Pond today came across a school trip - doing the walk in reverse

It was noticeable that they were wearing high viz  tunics - escorted by a fair few adults - were told not to get close the waters edge - so they did not get a good view of the ducks and geese - stay on the path -  or they may trip over  tree roots - and had to hold another persons hand  -  at all times

Not the kind of walk I encourage with grandchildren - think they have to be aware of hazards - but I'm not guided by the elf and his mate safety
