A Day at the Museum
In a last minute change of plan, I went to the Natural History Museum with my friend M. Apart from the wonderful exhibits, I love the amazing Victorian architecture as shown in the central hall above.
We obviously visited the dinosaurs, but also managed to see the exhibition on the history of the earth and those on volcanoes and earthquakes. There is even an Earthquake Room where you experience what it is like to actually be in an earthquake.
My quote is that below the statue of Darwin that you can just see above the staircase in the picture above:
