Broooooaaaaaad Bean

Some weeks ago Miss B and her class mates were commissioned with an empty plastic bottle, a screwed up paper towel, some water and a brooooooaaaaaaad bean.

Miss Bs bean fell into the water and swam there for two weeks with no light as it was concealed by the paper towel. Poor bean.

The day came when all the children took their bean plants home. Only Miss Bs bean was not a plant but a rather swollen sorry bean, floating in the dark.

Fear not I said, all galiantley-mother-like, and we rescued said bean and resurrected it to the plant you see today!

On Thursday Miss B is to take a photo of the bean, with height measurement, to school so they can see who grew the tallest bean... it wont be Miss Bs but the journey the thing has been on has been epic!
