Busy busy

Marc still poorly, poor him, so still lots to do, but it's fine. Just a bit boring and quiet because he is in bed all the time. I think he has flu and I really hope he'll be better for the weekend.

A less productive day at work, but I did get out for a run. Haven't managed more than once a week recently and I'm really feeling it.
