Keep focussed

Could be a euphemism for so many things right now, but the inspiration was twofold, firstly a comment by Majoayee a few days ago along the lines of 'just make sure you don't juggle with knives' which was like a red rag to a bull and secondly my cycle rollers which I have used twice now without incident or injury but trust me, that's only because of the intense concentration when riding them. I'm peddling like mad on rollers in the hallway. If I was to slip off them, I would shoot forward at great speed knocking down the cloakroom door and bursting through the stud wall into the kitchen. That would give Diana a bit of a shock as she's cooking dinner. Perhaps I should set up a video camera just in case. Got to be worth £250 on 'You've been framed'.
