BANG... BOOM.. OOhhhh... AAhhhhhh...

Bonfire night fireworks photos with a difference.

For a start, it's the middle of the day, and secondly no fireworks.

Popped out at lunchtime up near Coopers Hill.

Didn't do my 1 mile run this morning ;(

But I did do it tonight :)

The GPS or the app on the phone was playing up again, so it was quite a while before it started registered my location.
So must have run more than a mile (again), but with a time of 9.20 I'm blooming chuffed.

My shins are killing me as soon as I start the run (jog), but no pain, no gain.

Not growing a tache, but still trying to do something positive for Movember; even if it is completely inwards looking.

Trying to increase my health, both physically and mentally (having been told repeatedly that exercise is good for stress and depression), and I guess the improved time is showing that.

As for the fireworks, we are off to the zoo on Saturday with the boys.

Apparently silent (that makes sense), but no idea what they are like.

They spent 20 minutes looking out of our bedroom window over parts of Bristol watching some of the fireworks; but I think the dank and miserable weather has meant a lot of people will wait until the weekend.
