Flaming flames

Spent the day putting summer into plastic bags and taking them to the dump - my compost heaps just won't cope.

I also though about the light/sound show last night and looked through my photos.  Few are worthy of sharing but they are a reminder of an excellent evening.  They are also a reminder (another one) of how much I have to learn about taking photographs and that's OK.

In a couple of installations, flames shot out as part of a fountain.  Honest - and I don't know how it is done, I just looked on in wonder.  None of the my shots came out well, flames appeared as yellow/white blobs.  So I tried again tonight using our stove which is now ready to serve us for the winter. But just can't get away from yellow/white blobs.
