CLOUDS REFLECTED IN A LAKE

We went to Meinbrexen in the afternoon as we wanted to walk around the second gravel pit. It has such a different atmosphere than the pit where the cormorants, geese and white egrets stay.
It is so quiet and more rural, hardly to say why. Some cows in a meadow, more trees standing at the shores, grebe pairs swimming.
In the morning, the weather again so lovely and soft, a pleasure to work in the garden, when I had not come at a very steep slope, with enormous ferns and blackberry bushes. I almost gave up!

I liked the forms of the reflected clouds and decided to post this capture for the Abstract Thursday challenge, hosted by youoregon1 with so much dedication.

My haiku:

Clouds invite to day
Dreaming, the rippling water
A soft rhythm to it

And the proverb:

Oft times one day, is better than sometime a whole year.
