Bed Bound....Still

This is pretty much my view for the foreseeable future. ..
I made it to the osteopath today.... she was shocked how much pain I was in she couldn't touch me at all really ... she tried Acupuncture & Reflexology both things I've never had before x
She's recommended an x ray to check for a fracture in my thoracic spine area x
