Who knows. I certainly don't, as the web address on the wheel bins goes to an unfinished, or maybe simply slow germinating, web site.

Still, on a rainy day in the city it's a blip by any other name. We also visited the Death exhibition at the city museum, which was very interesting and not a little harrowing in places - didn't think it was blip material though.
