The marvellous Andy Caine

Old friend, super talented and just lovely Andy Caine came over today to work on one of our songs, he brought a delicious cheese, pasta and spinach soufle that he had made, yum!

Thinking of my Paternal Grandmother Jane or Nainy (Welsh for Grandmother) whose was born on this day. I think her full name was Leah Jane Norah Wood nee Roberts. I have very fond memories of visiting her and my Grandad in Abergele in Wales as a child, she has rheumatoid arthritis and therefore couldmn't get out much but loved to crochet and sit by the fire and spin entertaining yarns for us all. She had pale red hair which she washed in rainwater and never lost it's colour. <3
