Sad

I am feeling down after yesterday's positive experience. We were at the local mall and Nick needed the loo. I took him into the ladies, which has a Disabled loo. A cleaner followed me in and told me he is not allowed... he must go to the Men's!!!!!!!!!!  Now, Nick is clearly a disabled chap and never mind that he is rushing into the cubicle pulling down his shorts as he runs. I closed the door on her. Then when all was done, I went to speak to the Management. They were very apologetic and have promised to speak to the staff.
