Cat tree with PD

The cat tree is being investigated. But it has a design flaw, as far as the cats re concerned. See those two little ladders? Well, everyone, well, every cat, know s that cats do not climb such ladders. They look to be appropriate for ferrets.
The one on the top actually blocks access to the nice big cat box and the round tube "bed." 
So, PD Budd is just walking past. He and Gracie T-t had a hissing altercation earlier when GTt decided that THIS entire tree belongs to her!! Actually the entire Universe belongs to her.
So, we will call the handy man to come over and remove the offending ladders.
