So proud of the team today as we hosted a visit by the Minister for Youth & Women's Employment Annabelle Ewing as part of Living Wage Week.

A group of staff - including several of our young Modern Apprentices - all shared their stories with her, as well as what it means to them to work for a Living Wage accredited employer.

It was just wonderful to hear them tell her about the difference it makes and the importance of "fairness".

Lots of other things happening in an incredibly busy day, but this was the stand out as I reflect tonight.
