Nose Picking!!

Osteopath this morning, I still have a few back problems since my riding fall and will require treatment for the next few weeks......my  osteopath is amazed that I didn't break anything!  I still have a lot of bruising but other than that I am repairing well and its thanks to my fitness that I have bounced back so well, even if I do feel a bit achy in my back.

Work was work and my run never happened tonight.  Tomorrow I am off to London to meet our Australia lawyer, he is here on holiday and made some time for us.  We will will meet him 'officially' in December....so you could say tomorrow is a bit of a work jolly!!!
