Inside and out

Love Gladdies......treated myself to these ...they're a bargain from Aldi.....
.I'm hungry......I'm have not been allowed to eat for 6 hours.....due to have a scan at 3pm....my last meal was my porridge fruit and yoghurt at 8 am......it's now 1.45 and at 2oclock I have to drink 1.5 pints of water.....and not go to the toilet until after the scan at 3.....h e l p :-0
