Confirmation of what I thought

Visited the doctors and waited 30 mins for my appointment? What's the point of offering an appointment system that keeps people waiting for 30 minutes?

Anyhow, the doctor confirmed my suspicions. I'm heading back to see my surgeon and will probably end up under the knife again.
