The best picture in the world

this is a picture of a horse by a little known artist based very close here in chilly Northampton. It is a believe a work in progress, a mear warm up to the great climax....... somehow I prefer this one, smaller, understated, more intimate.

The other best picture is La Genouillier (I really can not spell) by Monet - the Renoir one is good too but I prefer Monet.

I was gonna post a picture of rain....... to my mother that is impatient and has probably gone to bed now... I couldn't be faffed with blue tooth and installing softwear to get the picture off my phone. It was really good though, take it from me, a work of genius.
