Night and day

That's the difference pre- and post- cataract op.  I've tried to show you how it is with today's image.  It's not as marked as I have made it, but it's pretty close.

Colours are brighter, everything has more clarity.  And that's something I never expected.  Whites have changed from a dingy yellow to bright white.  Amazing.

So that's my "distance" eye fixed, and the "reading" eye gets done next week.

It's really really hard to compute at the moment, simply because I can't see close up any more.  My prescription glasses are useless.  So please forgive any mistakes.
