Dad....

I make no apology for posting an old photo today.....well a photo of a photo that is...
I can't quite believe that it's been 9 years since my Dad passed away......this photo was taken in 2002 in Glasgow when I graduated with the Open University......hard to comprehend that he only lived another 4 years after that event....I can recall the exact day I spoke to him in early 2006 when we were away on holiday in Dublin, when he told us that he had been diagnosed with bowel cancer....he sounded so matter of fact as though it was just another of life's challenges that he had to deal with.  I miss him....
