Tuesday track session

For the last few weeks our club (Ilford A.C) have been sharing our track sessions with another local club 'Barking Road Runners' whilst their track was being refurbished.
Numbers slightly down tonight as there was a local race but it was a good session.
Unfortunately it was Barkings last visit to us, they've been fun to coach.
I have a few Tuesday group photos on my timeline so I thought I would try it in B+W today.
Works well I think.
