Woodie in the spot light

I am getting quite used to this outdoor flash now after a few days of experimenting! And birds aren't too bothered by the flash now,either.
   It certainly lets you capture those ''too dark to capture'' moments.
This Woodie was 30 feet away according to the rangefinder on my lens with it set @ f8 and camera @ 1/320 sec.
