If you can't find Gollum, just look for Beat....


Beat really don't do other dogs! He can be reactive, even towards the dogs from his own pack, if he feels pressured. Most times all is well, but Beat does have special needs and I do need to be extra careful with him.

Getting Gollum into the pack has taken lots of consideration and planning. It has been important to me, to keep Gollum safe and respect Beats boundaries. And so far things are going well. Gollum understand that he needs to be respectful in his approach to Beat, but Beat is also very patient with Gollum, who follows Beat like a shadow. I don't know what it is Gollum likes so much, but he is crazy about running with Beat. Maybe because Beat is super fast and does run a lot?

So if you can't find Gollum, just look for Beat and Gollum will be right behind him!

Good, but busy day at work and then off to train dogs until it was too dark to see what we were doing.
