Monsters Ball 2015

Well it was that time of year again Girlie trip to the Monsters Ball.  Having had most of my outfit (charity shops finds) for almost a year I yet again left it to the eleventh hour to do the alterations. 

Made a wonderful headdress, decorated some shoes and cut a kimono dressing gown up to make a 1930 day coat.  I was quite happy with the result.  the coat would have been nicer, but also maybe hotter if I had had the time to add the gold lining.  

On arrival we were delighted to find that Charleston Dancing lessons were being held.  Fitting in perfectly with our Halloween theme of "St Valentines Day Massacre."

Good food, excellent entertainment and wonderful company. A brilliant time was had by all.
