Perhaps a glimpse into the future views of Katie? Curled up in a chair, texting or surfing away. I hope still with beautiful flowing curls and a sense of style that is totally unique and wonderful. She chose her fabulously patterned, slightly mismatched outfit today, I love it. She has also since added frog wellies and her bridesmaid hairband.

After a couple of super busy days (see the backblips) we are having a steady morning at home - she's spent most of it making up adventures for her friends and babies. So far they've been on a train journey, including packing a picnic, ellie and spare clothes, and a ticket to give to the man. They've had an outing (to the garden). She's changed, cleaned and napped the babies, and they are now having a rice cake break.

She asked last night to go swimming, so I think that is what we shall do this afternoon, along with a few little jobs in town. Which no doubt will also include a trip for a decaff.

Edit: We actually ended up having a slightly different afternoon - we got invited to meet Bobbobs at the park with her mum so we went and did that before popping into town. Katie did indeed insist she would like a decaff before we went and bought her some new pretties for her hair. When we got home, the sun had come out and it was getting really quite warm so I let her go in the swimming pond. She was in there ages and soon LittleFriend came to join her. When they both got out, they had a lovely long play out on the lawn together. 10minutes after which she fell asleep on the settee.
