Male Great Spotted Woodpecker

I went out into the garden to take some pictures of the Finches and Tits in the tree next to the garden bird feeders. This scrub has flowers still on it, and was visited by a Red Admiral Butterfly. The male Great Spotted Woodpecker landed on the feeder and I managed to get some pictures without it flying off. Though the sun was out, I had to put the ISO up to 1600 to get a decent shutter speed.
