...and you can see a man painting the flagpole at the Palace.

Opted for an outdoors lunch today and wandered over to sit at the Parliament. While I ate I was entertained by this chap, a couple of spaniels having a rare time tearing through the pools in front of the Parliament building and some pipes and drums and a very loud Sergeant Major putting them through their paces in the Palace grounds.

Glad I went out and caught a few rays as shortly after I returned to the office normal service was resumed and the sky became heavy and overcast...the rain followed shortly thereafter.
